Brianne Vandenbarkis a longtime resident of the Northeast Colorado area. She lives on the family farm just outside Fleming with her husband Bo and their three boys, Evan, Rory and Easton.
About Brianne..She enjoys spending time with her family and is extremely proud of her boys who keep her on the run. Sher enjoys cooking, gardening, camping, boating, fishing, traveling, and is an avid animal lover. Brianne also enjoys volunteering her free time assisting and volunteering with the elderly and all her children's functions. Brianne is seldom sitting still, and you'll always see her on the go! She believes in honesty and will always be straight forward with you no matter what. Brianne is known for her honesty, sincerity, integrity, and hard work.
At work..Brianne specializes in residential sales. Her favorite part of her job is assisting first-time buyers. Hello, my name is Jim Schaefer, and I am a Broker Associate with Vandenbark Realty and a member of the Logan County Board of Realtors.
I have lived in this area for most of my life. I grew up on a farm south of Fleming that my great grandfather homesteaded in the early 1900’s. I graduated from Fleming High School, attended Northeastern Junior College, and graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management.
I believe in God, family, and country, small towns, a smile, a wave, saying hello, helping your neighbor, and doing what you say.
A safe shelter, a house, a home, is one of our most basic needs as human beings. I have extensive construction experience and I have been involved in every aspect of housing: from renting, to owning, to design, remodeling, flipping, new construction, energy audits, and now Real Estate.
I have a great passion for being a Realtor, not only because I like houses, but because I enjoy helping people find “their home”. I enjoy the search, the hunt; for some people it may take time for “that” property to pop up. I also enjoy listing homes and finding all the positives of your home.
My job as your Realtor is NOT to pressure you into buying or selling your home, but my job is to guide you, walk with you through the process, informing you and educating you. Dianne was a widow when she moved from Tulsa to Sterling in 1999 to be near family. In Dec 2001, Dianne married Rudy Budin, a life-long Sterling resident and rancher. They reside on the Budin Ranch NW of Sterling.
